Conveyor Service Projects

With over 10 years direct experience in the conveyor service space and many more working with heavy-weight conveyor belt product, M SQUARED holds a wealth of conveyor related knowledge that can be applied to a range of various topics including design, maintenance and troubleshooting.

With conveyor infrastructure only expanding to reach deeper and more remote outlying ore-bodies, M SQUARED specialises in partnering with key business partners to develop & deliver service solutions for critical conveying systems. As part of previous work done for industry players such as Rio Tinto, Glencore and Peabody, innovative approaches have been formulated and executed through service partners to replace heavyweight belt on key mainline conveyor systems including large slope conveyors with up to 500mtrs vertical lift and overland conveyors with up to 12km centres.

Another example includes previous work done with Veyance Technologies in the development of a portable conveyor belt length measurement device using Doppler laser technology that facilitates accurate & real-time measurement of conveyor belt in-service. This project included conceptual development, product design, field testing, and product completion and that has to-date produced over 2500 scans across Australia allowing end-users to order & prepare belt-lengths with confidence and minimise wastage.
